The Mix ratio for this product is 1 part urethane base coat color to 1 part appropriate temperature urethane reducer. We currently use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship most of our products. Most items are shipped Home Delivery and Ground delivery. Some smaller packages may be shipped USPS. Returns: If, for some reason, you receive the incorrect color, please contact us immediately. We will send out the correct color to you free of charge. If you would simply like to return your touch up paint, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. Disclaimer: Although we achieve a 99%+ color match rate (please see our feedback), there is no way that we (or any other paint manufacturer for that matter) can guarantee 100% color match unless we have an actual color sample from the vehicle. Various environmental factors as well as color variations at manufacturing facilities make it impossible to paint match on paint code alone 100% of the time.
