Where there is some flaking paint on the edges of a damaged area, remove it, too. Apply the paint in layers, let it dry for 15 minutes. Apply the next layer only after the previous layer has dried. The number of layers required depends on the paint coverage area. Clear Coat Before using the clear coat make sure NOT to shake the touch up pen because air bubbles formed in it will prevent even distribution of the clear coat on the surface.
