If thinning INTER-COAT 1500, use IES 1700 Super Cleaning Solvent or IES 1780 Specialty Adhesive Remover. Do not thin more than 5%. Use IES 1700 or IES 1780 for cleanup. This must be done before INTER-COAT 1500 is dry.
