We currently use FedEx, UPS and USPS to ship most of our products. Most items are shipped Home Delivery and Ground delivery. Some smaller packages may be shipped USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent at the time the label is created which is at the time the order is processed. Returns: If, for some reason, you receive the incorrect color, please contact us immediately. We will send out the correct color to you free of charge. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your touch up paint, please contact us immediately and we will take care of any issues in a timely manner free of charge. If you would simply like to return your touch up paint, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and there is a 30% restocking fee. Disclaimer: Although we achieve a 99%+ color match rate (please see our feedback), there is no way that we (or any other paint manufacturer for that matter) can guarantee 100% color match unless we have an actual color sample from the vehicle. Various environmental factors as well as color variations at manufacturing facilities make it impossible to paint match on paint code alone 100% of the time.
