After hardener is mixed with clear coat, it must be sprayed within 6 hours. 1K (Acrylic) clear coat is a single component clear. It has no time restrictions, but has less gloss and less resistance to UV, scratching and chipping. If using around a gas tank, acrylic clear coat is not recommended. Recommendations: 1.
